TON AI Agent provides autonomous AI agents for decentralized finance operations on The Open Network (TON) blockchain. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered trading agents
  • Portfolio management tools
  • Strategy marketplace
  • Developer SDK and APIs

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any credentials used to access the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.2 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to securities laws, tax laws, and anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to harm others

5. Non-Custodial Service

TON AI Agent is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds. You maintain full control and responsibility for your assets at all times.

6. Risks

Using the Service involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Market volatility and potential loss of funds
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain network risks
  • AI model limitations and errors
  • Regulatory uncertainty

You acknowledge these risks and agree to use the Service at your own risk.

7. Fees

The Service may charge fees for certain features. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you incur them. Blockchain network fees (gas) are separate and paid directly to the network.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by TON AI Agent or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS OR RETURNS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TON AI AGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TON AI Agent and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
